My Story

Where we come from defines where we are going.

Trust no Future, howe’er pleasant!

Let the dead Past bury its dead!

Act,— act in the living Present!

   Heart within, and God o’erhead!

Where it started…

My childhood in Boise, Idaho, was a one of natural beauty and close-knit community. Growing up in the heart of the Gem State meant endless adventures in the great outdoors. I spent my summers hiking and mountain biking in the nearby foothills, camping by pristine mountain lakes of the Sawtooths, and whitewater rafting down the thrilling rapids of the Payette River. Winters brought crisp snowfall, transforming the city into a winter wonderland perfect for skiing and snowboarding. But it wasn't just the breathtaking landscapes; Boise was a place that expirenced record growth throughout my childhood, which allowed me to meet and connect poeple who were not in Idaho a generation before. These experiences helped shape my worldview and gave me perspective which would go on to define the rest of my life. My childhood in Boise was filled with a deep sense of belonging and a profound appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounded us

My educational journey at Utah State University was a unique and enriching experience that cultivated my appreciation for diverse perspectives and my openness to new ideas. I pursued a dual-degree path, studying Management in the Jon M Huntsman Business School and simultaneously pursuing a Liberal Arts degree in International Studies. These two disciplines couldn't have been more different in their approaches to understanding the world. In the Business School, I delved into the intricacies of management, learning about efficiency, strategy, and the pragmatic aspects of running organizations. On the other hand, my International Studies coursework encouraged me to explore the complexities of global politics, cultures, and social issues, emphasizing the importance of empathy and cultural awareness. The juxtaposition of these two vastly different perspectives continuously challenged me to reconcile and appreciate the richness of diverse worldviews. It deepened my respect for varying approaches to problem-solving and broadened my horizons. Graduating summa cum laude in the spring of 2022 was a testament to the valuable lessons and insights I gained from this diverse educational journey. It has since become the foundation for my lifelong commitment to embracing different viewpoints and fostering a more inclusive and open-minded world.

Notable Moments & College Years

My first journey abroad to Greece was a profound awakening of my world view. As I set foot on the ancient streets of Athens and marveled at the Parthenon, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of wonder and curiosity. Greece, with its rich history and diverse culture, opened my eyes to a world beyond my own. Meeting locals and fellow travelers, I discovered the beauty of different perspectives, each one adding a unique color to the tapestry of human experience. Subsequent travels to various corners of the globe, from the bustling streets of Tokyo to the serene villages of Peru, further enriched my understanding of the world's complexities. Through these adventures, I learned that there are countless ways to look at the world, each offering a valuable lesson and a broader perspective. These experiences have become the compass guiding me on a lifelong journey of exploration and empathy, celebrating the diversity and interconnectedness of our global community.

Where I am Now

A transformative school trip to San Francisco forever altered the course of my career journey. During that eye-opening visit, I had the incredible opportunity to meet with giants in the tech industry, witnessing firsthand the innovation and dynamism that defined Silicon Valley. This experience ignited a deep-seated desire to become part of the tech revolution. Shortly after, my aspirations materialized when I was offered a role as a US Business Planner for Hewlett Packard, where I could actively contribute to the ever-evolving tech landscape. Today, I find immense joy and fulfillment in my work, and when I'm not immersed in the world of technology, you can often find me exploring new places, enjoying long bike rides, or embarking on exhilarating ski tours. As I continue to grow in my career, I'm also eagerly looking forward to furthering my education with an MBA, striving to make a lasting impact on the tech industry and beyond.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll,

I am the master of my fate,

I am the captain of my soul.
